Material Handling Tire Salesperson should be results-driven, high octane, dynamic and ready to actively seek and engage prospective clients, pursuing a challenge to work and grow with a new brand. MHTS are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to potential customers by selling specialized tires, benefits and product features, creating long-term loyalty bonds with customers

Job Duties:
- Effective sales management and growth of the business revenue and profitability.
- Establish dealers and seek new customers and develop current customers to grow the business.
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding novel customer and end-user requirements, market conditions, competition strengths and weaknesses.
- Ensure strategic and business plans are developed liaising with other functions to achieve desired goals.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop GRI Go to Market strategies to win market share.
- Ability to analyze daily, weekly, monthly sales information and develop a management report to the Senior Team.
- Effective forecasting and sales planning of products.
- Effective use of Pipedrive CRM tool to manage the value stream of the respective customer.
- Efficient management of expenses.
- Achieve monthly sales, marketing and financial objectives.
- Technical capability to understand products and customer needs, customer centric mindset and passion to excel in customer service Compliance with company procedures, reporting requirements, policies and code of conduct.

Required Experience:
- Should preferably have experience of selling Material Handling tires in US.
- Should have excellent track record of selling tires to dealers and tire service providers.
- Should showcase traits of a salesperson who does sales based on value proposition instead of only pricing.
- Communication skills
- Computer literate
- Complete understanding of industrial tires
