Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all of the daily sales and service activity in and out of the store
  • Handle inside sales from walk in customers for both retail and commercial
  • Answer incoming calls to assess customer needs, encourage them to visit the location
  • Manage service team
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tire sales and service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Strong performance & work ethics
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
