Regional truck tire sales and service company is seeking an "Assisant Truck Tire Center Manager" for one of their "Statesville" location.

The Assistant Truck Tire Center Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial tire center, servicing trucks, earthmover, industrial, and light truck customers.

Job Duties:

  • Work with the Store Manager to develop and maintain staffing levels.
  • Lead team by evaluating performance, celebrating victories and coaching failures.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends and standards.
  • Strive to increase market penetration with both new and existing accounts.
  • Follow all safety regulations, processes and procedures required by the company, TIA, OSHA and NCDOL.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit quotas.
  • Achieve a high service level for both drive-in and OTR business.
  • Maintain facility form and function
 

Required Experience:

  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Strong time management skills and close attention to detail
  • Provide and demonstrate great communication skills and customer service
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities
  • Management experience in the commercial tire industry.
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
