Job Duties:

  • Complete P & L responsibility
  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Supervision of outside sales team
  • Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility
 

Required Experience:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial service personnel
  • Prior supervision of commercial sales personnel
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
