Job Duties:

  • Tire and mechanical staff supervision
  • Ordering inventory and supplies
  • Heavy customer interaction with "call in" customers
  • Maintain an orderly and legally compliant shop
  • Monitor service requirements on company trucks and equipment
  • Set the standard for excellence with regard to customer service
 

Required Experience:

  • Customer service in a commercial environment
  • Prior supervision of commercial service personnel
  • Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
