Highly respected International tire manufacturer is searching for a "Customer Service Representative" who is an enthusiastic individual who will listen to customer service issues or questions and offer unique solutions tailored to individual needs. Ideally, a successful candidate for this position will have knowledge and experience in the tire or commercial product industry

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns 
• Accurately takedown and enter customer information and orders 
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every call 
• Update customer information in the database and take thorough notes of each call for future reference 
• Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes and updates 
• Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers 
• Take initiative and offer customer service that goes above and beyond each call by following up and checking in on customers from time to time 
  

Required Experience:

• At least 3+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in the tire industry preferred
• Attention to detail, hard-working and friendly personality
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills 
• Work from home at the moment but eventually we will be moving to company's Monrovia office.
