Highly respected International tire manufacturer is searching for a "Customer Service Representative" who is an enthusiastic individual who will listen to customer service issues or questions and offer unique solutions tailored to individual needs. Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
- Accurately takedown and enter customer information and orders
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every call
- Update customer information in the database and take thorough notes of each call for future reference
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes and updates
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
- Take initiative and offer customer service that goes above and beyond each call by following up and checking in on customers from time to time

Required Experience:
- At least 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the tire industry preferred
- Attention to detail, hard-working and friendly personality
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Excellent computer skills
- Work from home at the moment but eventually we will be moving to company's Monrovia office.
