Job Duties:

  • Team Building, coaching and developing all plant associates
  • Full responsibility for retread plant production and operations
  • Prepare and distribute production reports
  • Quality control
  • Personal development – attend internal and external training, seminars and conferences to stay in touch with the latest advances in retreading technology and best practices
  • Help with the staging of customer casings for efficiency
  • Inventory control to include physical inventory counts
  • Ordering supplies as needed to support operations
  • Maintain machinery maintenance and cleanliness
  • Safety
 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of retreading experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing others
  • Demonstrated history of high performance
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Computer skills, including manufacturing software preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
