Leading national "Mobile Tire Installation" company is seeking experienced "Mobile Tire Technicians".

Technicians are equipped with the most advanced tire changing and balancing technology so they can provide quality, convenience, and value right to the customers’ door.

Position Includes:

• Excellent hourly wages - Depending on experience
• Full time, Monday – Friday, (8am – 5pm)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer service, each and every time
• Load and drive the service vehicle to scheduled appointments
• Greet customers at their place of residence or work, explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring an outstanding experience overall
• Performing basic tire services (e.g. mounting and balancing tires, tire rotation and repairs) 
• Conducting safety checks
• Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and truck in clean, working order

Skills and Traits necessary include:

• Outstanding customer service skills, with the desire to exceed expectations each and every time
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with customers
• Comfortable driving a large truck in all weather conditions and traffic
• Interest in learning the latest technology for mobile tire installation
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working alone, while also being the face of the company to customers
• Motivation to grow with the company

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED
• TIA Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift 100 lbs on a regular basis for work
• Basic knowledge of technology and computers
• Experience with tire installation and service
